On November 21, 2005, the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care will transfer the management and operation of the North Bay Psychiatric Hospital (NBPH) to the Northeast Mental Health Centre, a public hospital under the Public Hospitals Act. After November 21, 2005, NBPH will be known as the North Bay site of the Northeast Mental Health Centre.
If you are a patient, or former patient of the NBPH, your records will become the responsibility of the Northeast Mental Health Centre. Current services will not be affected and your records will remain confidential.
